2. Eligibility

• Use of the Platform is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or who have obtained parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You shall not use the Platform to post, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments processed through the Platform are handled by third-party payment gateways. You acknowledge and agree to the terms of use and privacy policies of such payment processors.
• All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly indicated otherwise.
• Transaction or processing fees imposed by third-party gateways shall be borne solely by the User. These fees are non-reimbursable.
• All payments made through the Platform are final and non-refundable, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Amaze One Australia.
• In the event of a payment dispute, Amaze One Australia reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform until the issue is resolved.

5A. Pricing and Fees

• All pricing, including subscription fees and service charges, are subject to change at the sole discretion of Amaze One Australia.
• Updated pricing shall take effect upon publication on the Platform and shall apply to all new subscriptions or renewals thereafter.
• It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review pricing and fee schedules.

6. Event Listings and Bookings

• The Platform facilitates the promotion and management of events by third-party organisers (“Organisers”). We do not host or operate any events unless explicitly stated.
• Amaze One Australia is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or disputes arising between Users and Organisers.
• Any refunds or changes are governed by the policies of the applicable Organiser unless otherwise stated.

7. Quote Management and Event Flow

• The Platform allows Users to send and track client quotations and manage the post-acceptance workflow.
• Upon acceptance of a quote, the Platform may trigger subsequent workflows including but not limited to task assignments, vendor management, and billing.
• A customized quotation builder may be developed upon request and subject to separate terms and fees.

8. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and designs, are owned by Amaze One Australia or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8A. Misuse, Abuse, and Suspension of Services

• Users shall not misuse the Platform by engaging in any activity that disrupts, harms, circumvents, or violates the intended functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to:
  
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Spam, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Disruption of service performance
• Amaze One Australia reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any User account or subscription, without refund, upon reasonable determination of any abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Such determination shall be made solely by Amaze One Australia and shall be final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amaze One Australia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Amaze One Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform, including loss of revenue, opportunity, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnity

• You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Amaze One Australia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
  • Your access to or use of the Platform.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Any unlawful, negligent, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of your account.
  • Any content or data submitted by you via the Platform.

This indemnity obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms.

11. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that may cause harm to the Platform or other Users.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and any outstanding fees shall become immediately due.
• No refunds shall be issued for terminated accounts unless otherwise agreed.

12. Force Majeure

• We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, cyberattacks, war, terrorism, strikes, or failures of internet infrastructure.

13. Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amaze One Australia with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

16. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
